I have seen pictures from this set many many times. Does anyone know if it was a photo set or a video?

When Nuwest 1st started it was pics only ,then came 8mm films which did have debbie being spanked by the lady in the photo -Debbie and the hairbrush .When video came out Nuwest did put their 8mm films on video ,now they have been putting a lot of the old video on dvd ,not sure if the film transfers are on dvd, i would check with Nuwest
