I hope Prince Charles of England, treats his wife the Dutchess of Cornwall's jodphurs to such walloping. It would do her a lot of good. Possibly he may take them off his wife's bottom, plus her 'directoire knickers underneath, and wallop her bare derriere most painfully and lovingly
